I didn't know about Frederikssund VVS & Badeværelser ApS, and it was recommended by my carpenter who works with them. I blindly trusted by his words and it turns out to be a nightmare. They are unprofessional and unresponsive on anything. When I called Jacob, he was careless and didn't bother to know the problem and sent a guy who came to my house and knocked out the old drain. Then he didn't know what to do, and Jacob came and they discussed something and told me to inform my insurance to come again as the entire floor needs to be changed. When my insurance company evaluated it again, and asked me to get a price for the floor work, Jacob gave me a price for which I can build a new bathroom. It is purely to extract money from the insurance company. Therefore my insurance company rejected his offer. He then got upset and sent me a huge bill for initial removal of the drain. Luckily, my insurance company accepted that and wanted me to avoid him any case. It was absolute nightmare to work with him. They are mainly working for money, only responds when there is money involved. If you want to talk about the problem on phone he gets frustrated
Do not even think of giving work to this company. Avoid at any cost.
